Popovers

1 cup milk
1 Tbsp melted butter
2 eggs well beaten
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Add milk, butter, and eggs to dry ingredients and beat batter till smooth (5-6 mins.)
grease muffin or popover pans.
fill 2/3 full and bake 15 mins. at 450 degrees and then 30 mins at 340 degrees.
Popovers should be firm when finished baking. Allow to cool by leaving the door open
a little.
Insert a knife into each popover while in the oven to allow steam to escape. Dust with powdered sugar before serving

xtras you can also drizzle a little chocolate syrup over them too
