Indian Corn Casserole

1 small box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn  (do not drain)
          ~   I use Mexicorn ~
1 stick SOFT butter
1 small carton sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
1/2 cup fried, drained and crumbled bacon
 
Mix everything together and put into a large casserole dish.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
