Herbed Pork Roast with White Wine

3-1/2 to 4 lb. pork roast
1 Tbl. minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine
1 Tbl. rosemary
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbl. soy sauce

Make slits on top of pork roast and rub with minced garlic.  Brown pork roast in small amount of oil.  While roast is browning, combine chicken broth and white wine in crockpot.  Place the pork roast on top of broth and add rosemary, red pepper and soy sauce.  Cover and cook on high for one hour, turn to low and cook for 6 - 7 hours.
