Greek Bread

Note:  bread machine pan must have a capacity of 10 cups of more.


1 c. milk, room temperature
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbl. lukewarm water
2 tea. cooking oil (I use olive oil)
3 c. bread flour
1 Tbl. sugar
1 tea. dried rosemary, crushed or 1 Tbl. snipped fresh rosemary
1/2 tea. salt
1 tea. active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
1/3 c. chopped kalamata olives *

Add the ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions.  Select the basic white bread cycle.

*  Some machines have a beeper during the kneading process to add extra ingredients such as fruit, nuts, etc., if your machine has one of these, this is the time to add the olives.  Otherwise, just add them with the liquids.
