Roast Cornish Hen Dinner for Two

2 Cornish game hens
1 Tblsp poultry seasoning or seasoned salt
1 1-lb bag frozen green beans
1 box of wild rice your favorite flavor
2 Tbls flour
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 oven roaster bag
Rinse cornish hens and pat dry with paper towels.  Season the bird inside and out with the poultry seasoning or the seasoned salt.  Cook the wild rice according to directions.  Stuff the bird with the rice.  Place the bird inside the cooking bag, breast side down, place bag on cookie sheet or inside a 9x13 pan.  sprinkle the green beans all around the birds.  Tie bag closed and poke holes to vent.  Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour and 20 minutes.  Remove from oven cut hole in bag and spoon out 2 Tblsp of fatty drippings into a sauce pan, whisk the flour into the drippings and slowly add the chicken broth cooking until thickens.  Place one hen on a plate spoon rice out of cavity to make it appear it is falling out, spoon green beans around the chicken on plate and serve with gravy either drizzled over chicken or in bowl on side.
Serve with tossed salad and dinner rolls.
